Terms of Use
Last updated May 28, 2026
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the website at retromodernbaths.com. They do not govern the contract for design services, which is a separately negotiated agreement.
By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The content
The text, drawings, photographs, models, and other materials on this site are the property of RetroModern Baths or its licensors. You may view the site, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or use the materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Project case studies on the site are published with the consent of the client. Where a client has asked for confidentiality, the project is not published.
The inquiry form
The inquiry form at /start-your-project is for prospective clients and for
professionals considering an engagement. Submissions that are unsolicited sales, recruitment
outreach, or off-topic enquiries may be deleted without reply.
By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you understand a paid consultation is required to discuss a project.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, and we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or up to date in every detail at every moment. The published case studies are accurate to the project as built, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of publication.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RetroModern Baths is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of your jurisdiction.
Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party sites — for example, supplier and partner pages, social media accounts, and Cloudflare's own policy pages. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the courts of New York County, New York, unless a non-waivable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
Changes
If we change these terms, the Last updated date at the top of the page will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
